Totally out of control, this.
We all survive each day on sporadic and spasmodic flashes of dynamic stimulants. What's it going to be again, each new time?!? Sigh, no gratifying and memorable moments have the stamina to last for very long. Nor do sparks of brilliant form in performance or mentality have the capacity to stay dependably undeviating. The residual energies of today's niche. The familiarizing with a newfound one tomorrow. Grappling with the constant migration of the characteristic jargon and lingo, in and out of cliques. The fact that being belittled and derided are both results and causes of inevitable and inexorable comparisons founded in insecurity- makes me upset on dual levels..and for two parties altogether. Sigh.. I have underlying and unfair inclinations to envisage particular individuals' deserved responses from myself.
Aimless banter and empowering discourses both build bonds! So there.
The confessed word pertaining to my heart's desire in my army camp has provided a large area of opportunities to set foot on, and to work on. The Reading of a Sacred Book brings back some tranquility in a crazy world. Pun intended. And today, along with the Truth jab, Providence worked wonders once more with the potential inclusion of an additional member who'd strive together toward that Oneness we all tend to unwittingly discuss with our souls.
Totally within control, this.
Luck- I now see it in a whole new light! Luck is just a matter of whether we are more aware of opportunities that present themselves in our favour. Someone who considers himself lucky is actually a person who is filled with positivity and hope and is sharp to spot chances upon which he can grab for himself advantages and benefits. An unlucky person is simply someone who overlooks similar opportunities presented him. Wow. There's really no magic in chancing upon some money along the street when you're full of the notion that you're about to see a financial blessing coming your way.. OR finding the love of your life because you smile and expect to attract the girl you fancy when you're approaching her. You think this points to luck? Hah. Think again. In both cases, there is some effort: either being observant, or confident!
It's that still small Voice in you nagging at you not to trust that decent looking conman. It's that rush of cocksure bravado telling you to go ahead and close that precarious sounding business deal. It's that vague hint of an ominous qualm not to take the shortcut down that rapist reeking alley. It's that fleeting deterring hunch not to get up as early to take that bus that's been scheduled to blow up. ''What the.."
Gut instinct? Luck? Subconscious foreknowledge? The Holy Spirit? Whateveryoucallit man. We all attach connotations to words, so be careful which words you choose to use.
Sob. Illuminate my path..
"Jesus, take the wheel,
Take it from my hands
Cause I can't do this on my own.
I'm letting go,
So give me one more chance
To save me from this road I'm on.
Jesus, take the wheel."
