Can we talk actresses? These are some of the non-local faves of mine:-
1) Jessica Alba (sounds cliched cos everyone's into her, but nevertheless i simply adore the way she exudes a characteristic feisty and elitist air about herself in the Tiger...... beer ad.)
2) Mallika Sherawat (far outshines Jin Xi Shan the lead actress in The Myth, though i can't understand how everyone's so enchanted by the Korean. This Indian is exotic, yet under-represented. That's why she's a gem.)
3) Emma Watson (won't ever stop giving up on supporting her. Ever since the first instalment of Harry Potter, i have always believed that she'd grow up into one hot lady.)
Our lives are drawn to moving films, TV sitcoms and dramedy serials. No? Then why else are they modelled after real life, then they step beyond that threshold? Or are such shows fulfilling what we in our regular lives cannot seem to grasp or achieve? This could be so true - that what we lack or long for in our lives, we turn to specific themes in the media to gratify that Failure To Have. We then go into the playground of our minds in the entertainment world, basking in all it can lavish unto our poor, unfed souls.
Then again, the tube, the radio and the web all unselfishly and perpetually provide for Man with that plain ol' well-deserved break from the business of Life. Nothing more.
Two sides of the coin, right?
doodled
